"Lines in the Sand" Wins Big at the IDGTF

The Oscar Wilde Awards that Tony and Nick won.

The 2017 International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival awarded two of their Oscar Wilde statues to Tony Travostino and Nick Bucchianeri for their superlative acting in "Lines in the Sand." The play also was nominated for Best New Play and Aspect of Production awards. The IDGTF singled out Jackie Reeves in particular for her fine illustrations that were used as projections for the play.

Needless to say I am thrilled that my team has been recognized. This includes my indispensible co-director Ian Ryan, composer Sam Holmstock, and technical director Erin Trainer. We could not have pulled this off without them.

Thank you to Brian Merriman, IDGTF Founding Artistic Director, Gareth Hurley, Company Secretary, and their entire team of hard-working and lovely volunteers for making this such a fantastic experience for us.
